Financial Affidavit Numbers reads your bank and credit card statements and works out the monthly averages for each line of California's FL-150 Income and Expense Declaration or Florida's Family Law Financial Affidavit (Form 12.902(b) or 12.902(c)), with a schedule showing how every number was computed. You copy the numbers onto the court's form yourself. The preview is free; the full worksheet is $29, once. No account.
How it works
- Download your statements. Twelve months for each checking, savings and credit card account, as PDFs from your bank's website, or CSV, OFX or QFX exports.
- Choose them here. They are read in your browser and are not uploaded. Each statement is checked: the opening balance plus its transactions must equal the closing balance.
- Check and decide. Every transaction is placed on a line of the form for you to confirm. Transfers between your accounts, credit card payments, refunds, large one-off items and money from other people are shown with the form's own wording, and you decide each one.
- Get the worksheet. Each form line with its monthly average (and "last month" for California income), the period, your choices, a schedule of the transactions behind every figure, and a CSV. Re-run it free for 30 days when a new statement arrives.
What it is and is not
It is calculation software: it adds up and averages the transactions in your statements, in the categories you choose. It is not a law firm, a lawyer or a legal document assistant, and it gives no legal advice. It does not fill in, prepare or file the FL-150, the Florida affidavit or any other court form. You decide every category and every item, and the form you sign is yours. If you are unsure how to answer something on the form, ask a lawyer or your court's free self-help center.
